LUSEM main entrance and buildings
All our buildings are closed during the holidays 21 December – 6 January. Staff and students can always access the buildings with a LU access card.

Library opening hours during the holidays
21 December – 6 January: Closed
7 – 10 January: Staffed 10.00 – 14.00, Self service 9.00 – 10.00 and 14.00 – 20.00
11 January: Self service 9.00 – 15.00
Extended loan period for course books, 4 December – 9 January.
A return box is placed outside the library entrance, you access it around the clock with your LU card.
Please note! The box will not be emptied 21 December – 6 January.

International Office
LUSEM's International Office is closed from 20 December 2024 – 7 January 2025.
We will sporadically be monitoring our inboxes during this period (incoming@ehl.lu.se and outgoing@ehl.lu.se) but please note that the response time will be delayed.
Drop-in will resume on 13 January.
The caretakers' office
The caretakers' office is closed for the holidays between 21 December – 1 January as well as 6 January.

The application round for Master's programmes & studies, and international Bachelor's programmes starting autumn 2025 is open 15 October–15 January.
