Support and services for students
Academic advisors
The academic advisors offer personal guidance regarding study and career choices. They can also offer help and advice regarding the application process and how to select the best studies for your needs.
Academic writing and study skills
At LUSEM, you can get tips and advice on academic writing and study skills. ASKS has collected material on its Canvas page. You can also book a meeting with ASKS or attend their reading and writing retreats. Studiestugan is open to all students every week on a drop-in basis, where you can get study help from experienced students.
International Office
As a student at LUSEM, you have plenty of opportunities to go abroad during your studies. Take the chance to gain international experience by spending a summer, or a whole semester, at one of LUSEM's partner universities.
Career planning
Career Services serve students at the School of Economics and Management who are interested in learning about working life, discussing career alternatives, and finding interesting jobs. As you enter working life, we help and support you in building functioning networks, developing your resume and finding and getting a job.

Quiet Room
There is now a Quiet Room at LUSEM (not to be confused with a 'resting room'). The room is EC2:141. It is always open and accessible to all students and staff.
The room is sparsely furnished and is intended to be a place of recuperation where you can sit in silence, collect your thoughts, pray, or meditate.
