Lund University School of Economics and Management (LUSEM) offers a large number of independent courses in our subject areas. We also have MOOCS – Massive Open Online Courses that are open to anyone interested and free of charge, as well as education for professionals.

The national application round for Bachelor's programmes and courses starting autumn 2025 is open 17 March–15 April.

Freestanding courses

By choosing freestanding courses instead of a programme, you can build your own unique education. However, it requires planning and patience as you cannot always take the courses in the order you want. Find freestanding courses on the departments web pages:

LUSEM offers course packages on both Master's level and Bachelor's level, for example in Statistics, Business Law and Economic History.
