The organisation Ledarna annually presents a list of 75 prominent female leaders who have distinguished themselves through their leadership.

The 2024 list from Sweden’s professional organisation for executives Ledarna, who annually presents a list of 75 prominent female leaders, includes 4 alumni from Lund University School of Economics and Management

  • Rank 7: Sofia Nord, BSc in Business and Economics 2014 (and Master of Engineering from LTH), Global VP Technology, IKEA
  • Rank 12: Tove Jarl, MSc in Economics 2013, Chief Executive Officer, Ung Företagsamhet
  • Rank 17: Elin Melin Lundström, BSc in Business and Economics 2013, MSc in Technology Management 2015, Head of Digital Sales & Media Performance, Telia
  • Top 75: Fiora Cheng Gårdemyr, MSc Managing People, Knowledge and Change, 2017, Head of Scale Up and Strategic Partnerships, Scania

The aim of the award is to highlight role models, who are both young and women, thus challenging outdated notions about who can be a leader. Common to these women is that they make a difference and demonstrate the value of good leadership.
