Cécile Brokelind
Professor
Cécile Brokelind’s research mainly deals with EU and international tax law in the field of income taxation, and analyses legal or tax policy issues in respect of cross-border transactions in a global environment.

Jörgen Hettne
Professor
Jörgen Hettne teaches mainly in the field of EU law and focuses on issues concerning the EU international market and competition policy, in particular state monopolies, public procurement and state aid law.

Jonas Ledendal
Senior Lecturer
Jonas Ledendal focuses on the interface between law and information technology in a business context. He teaches mainly in the field of intellectual property law, contract law, information technology, open data, cloud computing and privacy.

Sigrid Hemels
Visiting Professor
Sigrid Hemels is visiting professor in tax law at the Lund University School of Economics and Management. Her main position is State Councillor (Staatsraad) in the Advisory Division of the Dutch Council of State (Raad van State). She is also a part-time full professor of tax law at the Erasmus School of Law of the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has focused part of her research on tax incentives for charities, the arts creative industries and private patronage (mecenaat). She has published and lectured, both in the Netherlands and abroad, on various topics including tax incentives for charities and the arts, income taxation and gender equality, exchange of information and European tax law.

Johan Axhamn

Johan Axhamn focuses on legal aspects of knowledge-based assets and data related to innovation and competitiveness. He teaches mainly in the fields of intellectual property law, data law and legal rules related to artificial intelligence, digital services and digital markets.
