Write and publish

For students and researchers

For both students and researchers, writing and publishing is a central part of the academic work.

An academic text is based on previous research and theories. Through citing and referencing you make it clear to the reader when you use someone else’s text or ideas. Plagiarism is prohibited at the University.

Here we have collected useful links and resources that might be of help in your writing and publishing process.

Reference management

When you write an academic text, you must cite and refer to your sources correctly. There are several styles for doing this, and LUSEM recommends the LUSEM´s Harvard referencing style.
You can also choose between several software programs, to gather and organise your references.
