Two seminars will be given at LUSEM with a mingle lunch in between. You sign up for the seminars you would like to attend, either with or without lunch.

Agenda 2030 and the Sustainable Development Goal No 6 Clean Water, 10.00-11.30, in the Crafoord Hall.

  • How can the ambitious Agenda 2030 be put into practice?
  • How can we improve that more than 40 percent of the population around the world is affected by water scarcity?
  • How can reduced gender gaps in the supply chain significantly benefit the most vulnerable?

These and other questions will be addressed when Anna Bruun Månsson, CEO/Founder at Tomorrowtoday gives her lecture as well as when Cecilia Chatterjee-Martinsen presents why and how the corporate sector should engage in water and how corporate water stewardship also should include communities access to save water, sanitation and hygiene.

Lunch: Knake-lunch, 11.30-12.00, Ljusgården (outside the Crafoord hall).

The EU Directive (2014/95/EU) on non-financial and diversity information: Is a new toothless tiger born?, 12-13.30 in the Crafoord hall.

Listen to three experts who will present and discuss their different perspectives on if and how the EU Directive will meet the challenges with developing relevant sustainability reporting and more sustainable organizations:

John Dumay, associate professor in accounting at Macquarie University, Australia
Catarina Paulson, Head of Corporate Social Responsibility at Alfa Laval
Torbjörn Westman, Head of Assurance services at KPMG, chair FARs working group for CSR issues and member of ESG Reporting task force within Accountancy Europe.

After the presentations, there will be a panel and plenty of time for the auditorium to engage in constructive discussions.

Moderator of the discussion/panel: Susanne Arvidsson, associate professor at LUSEM.
