One-day seminar dealing with the latest developments in EU VAT
The focus in this year’s seminar is the cases dealing with VAT decided by the Court of Justice of the European Union. We will look at the pending and recently decided cases on VAT during 2017. As usual in these times, there are numerous cases decided during 2017. We will therefore particularly comment on the trends in the cases decided and the cases referred. What profound issues have been decided? What important clarifications have been made? We will provide an overview of cases decided and pending cases, as well as our comments on the most profound and important developments, knowing that these judgments and decisions and pending cases will continue to impact the VAT practices and policies in 2018 and beyond.
An extensive documentation will be provided, including an e-book on all pending and recently decided cases.
Presenters are Professor Ben Terra and Associate Professor Oskar Henkow, Lund University.
